In School Protest
Due to a Tchs staff member being put on administrative leave for having a 'Black Lives Matter' poster in his classroom and refusing to take it down, the student body has had a enough and has decided change must be made. Black students shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable, unsafe and unwelcome in a place that stresses value in having an inclusive and open minded environment. A statement stressing the value of their lives shouldn't be the reasoning for a teachers suspension. This is where we put our foot down and say enough is enough and take action for ourselves and our school system since the administration refuses to do so. Join us in protesting for what is right!
